VILLA 'OCEANO' Cabo da Roca, Sintra Capacity: 6 persons The house has 3 twin bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a living-dining room with American kitchen. Kitchen equipped with fridge, electric stove with oven, dishwasher. (washing machine in the basement) Living with TV satellite and video equipment. Mature garden with pool of 5 x 10 meters with a depth from 0.8 to 1.6 meters, (the pool for safety measures is fenced from the house for those who have children) The villa is located on the West of the Serra de Sintra (Sintra's mountain) hosting the Monastery dos Capuchos, the Peninha Chapel, the Monserrate Palace, the Mouros Castle, the Pena Palace and its gardensand the Seteais Palace. Breathtaking view from the villa and the mature garden over the Atlantic Ocean from the 'Cabo da Roca', (the westernmost point of Continental Europe) to the village of Ericeira. It is at the entrance of the little village of 'Ulgueira' (typical Portuguese village), with a restaurant and a mini market. The bus to Cascais and Sintra stops at about 200 meters from the house. There is a bus (both direction) every hour. Cascais is at about 18km and Sintra about 15 km. From Sintra and Cascais you can easily go to Lisbon by train, it will take you half an hour. Closeby are the beaches of Guincho (ideal for surfing and windsurfing), Adraga, Praia Grande and Praia das Maçâs. Lisbon's International airport is 40 kms away. All sports available in a radius of 15km.
