About Bairro Alto
Bairro Alto is one of the oldest districts in Lisbon. Dozens of fado singing clubs animate the area. All major Portuguese newspapers once had their offices in here.

Today, Bairro Alto (or just Bairro) is the heart of Lisbon's youth culture and nightlife. During daytime, the Bairro is a traditional district where older people shop for groceries, and the younger generations visit art galleries like Zé dos Bois, bookshops like Ler Devagar or arty gift shops like Hold Me.

Conditions
Arrival/ Departure any day.
Minimum stay 3 nights
Arrival from 15.00 to 18.00. In case of delay it is essential to contact owner or person in charge of the keys within the a/m period in order to guarantee the respective delivery.
Departure until 10.00.
On receiving the keys a SECURITY DEPOSIT equivalent 200 Euros is to be paid against receipt to the person in charge.
The rented object is to be left in the condition received, otherwise (and/or) in case of damage the respective costs will be deducted from the security deposit.
Should the number of persons occupying the object exceed the number of persons reserved / reconfirmed, the owner reserves the right to refuse admission.
No Pets allowed

Payment
30% deposit of the total amount due on reconfirmation of the booking. If deposits are not received within 21 days, reservation will be cancelled without previous notification.
70% remaining amount due 60 days prior to arrival.
Booking on shorter notice: total amount due according to deadline.
Payments should be effected by: Bank draft / cheque on a Portuguese bank or Postal order or Wire transfer (full payment can only be considered if transfer is free of all expenses for the beneficiary).
Full bank details on confirmation of the booking. NO CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED.

Cancellation
Up to 60 days prior to arrival 10 % of the total amount.
Up to 45 days prior to arrival 20 % of the total amount.
Up to 30 days prior to arrival 50 % of the total amount.
Up to 21 days prior to arrival 70 % of the total amount.
Less than 21 days prior to arrival or "no show" 100 % of the total amount.
