Country house located in the St. Isidoro village, 1 km from Ribeira d’Ilhas beach, well known as one of the best Surfing spot.

The house has a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining room and a press-house converted in another small living room with hammock and poufs. It has also a double bedroom, a mezzanine with two single beds and a bathroom. It is south oriented and thus protected from the northern wind.

It is 4 km from Ericiera where you can find among the best and freshest seafood and fish restaurants in the region. You can also visit the historical centre of Mafra, its imposing Coventry and the Park of Mafra where you can see, wild boars, deer’s, foxes, and a wide diversity of birds.

The house is 50 km from Lisbon and the airport and has an easy access through the A8 highway.

Most noted are the beaches of thick creamy sand washed by rich iodized kelp and sheltered from a cool breeze with high natural rock formations A perfect place to relax or to go sport fishing, hang gliding, surfing or to contemplate an ocean sunset. Ericeira is already known for surfing world wide by professionals or for simple lovers of the sport.

Ericeira is immediately surrounded by a landscape of deep valleys and rising hills from the sea. The landscape is dotted by small villages and farms with strong rural traditions, these complementary byways are worth discovering and feeling.

In case of delay it is essential to contact owner or person in charge of the keys within the a/m period in order to guarantee the respective delivery. Departure until 10.00. On receiving the keys a SECURITY DEPOSIT equivalent 200 Euros is to be paid against receipt to the person in charge. The rented object is to be left in the condition received, otherwise (and/or) in case of damage the respective costs will be deducted from the security deposit. Should the number of persons occupying the object exceed the number of persons reserved / reconfirmed, the owner reserves the right to refuse admission. Smoking allowed Payment 30% deposit of the total amount due on reconfirmation of the booking. If deposits are not received within 21 days, reservation will be cancelled without previous notification. 70% remaining amount due 60 days prior to arrival. Booking on shorter notice: total amount due according to deadline. Payments should be effected by: Bank draft / cheque on a Portuguese bank or Postal order or Wire transfer (full payment can only be considered if transfer is free of all expenses for the beneficiary). Full bank details on confirmation of the booking. NO CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED. Cancellation Up to 60 days prior to arrival 10 % of the total amount. Up to 45 days prior to arrival 20 % of the total amount. Up to 30 days prior to arrival 50 % of the total amount. Up to 21 days prior to arrival 70 % of the total amount. Less than 21 days prior to arrival or "no show" 100 % of the total amount.
