This apartment is located in the beach resort of Sol-Troia, south of Setubal, an hour and a half from Lisbon airport. It has direct access to the beach and the estuary’s river, which is only 5 to 10 minutes walk.

The apartment with an area of 90 m2 has a large spacious terrace (35 m2) with a splendid views over the Sado estuary and the Serra de Arrabida mountain range. It has a big living room, a well equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (one is a suite), an extra bathroom and is equipped to welcome 6 persons.

The semi private resort has its own security staff and offers through its infrastructure: bar, restaurant, shopping, and different sport activities such as: windsurf, kitesurf, diving, under-water fishing, walking, off-road bicycle.

The renowned Troia Golf Course is very close, it is considered to be Portugal's most difficult golf course, and is for that reason a major challenge to any golfer.

The resort is surrounded by 2 natural parks: The Serra de Arrabida and the Troia Peninsula which allows birds watching. You can also take a boat tour to meet with the dolphins from the Sado's estuary. 4km away you can visit archaeological excavations of a Roman city. In the surroundings, you can find other nearly desert clear water beaches and small villages where you can taste the local gastronomy.

Final cleaning included Services extras: Pick up at the airport, Golf-package Conditions Arrival/ Departure Any day. Minimum stay 1 week. Arrival from 15.00 to 18.00. In case of delay it is essential to contact owner or person in charge of the keys within the a/m period in order to guarantee the respective delivery. Departure until 10.00. On receiving the keys a SECURITY DEPOSIT equivalent 200 Euros is to be paid against receipt to the person in charge. The rented object is to be left in the condition received, otherwise (and/or) in case of damage the respective costs will be deducted from the security deposit. Should the number of persons occupying the object exceed the number of persons reserved / reconfirmed, the owner reserves the right to refuse admission. No Pets allowed Smoking allowed Payment 30% deposit of the total amount due on reconfirmation of the booking. If deposits are not received within 21 days, reservation will be cancelled without previous notification. 70% remaining amount due 60 days prior to arrival. Booking on shorter notice: total amount due according to deadline. Payments should be effected by: Bank draft / cheque on a Portuguese bank or Postal order or Wire transfer (full payment can only be considered if transfer is free of all expenses for the beneficiary). Full bank details on confirmation of the booking. NO CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED. Cancellation Up to 60 days prior to arrival 10 % of the total amount. Up to 45 days prior to arrival 20 % of the total amount. Up to 30 days prior to arrival 50 % of the total amount. Up to 21 days prior to arrival 70 % of the total amount. Less than 21 days prior to arrival or "no show" 100 % of the total amount.
