This luxurious duplex apartment is located inside a golf resort of 350 hectares which is less than 1km from the nicest beaches around Lisbon and about 30 minutes drive from the Lisbon airport.

It is south west oriented with the main terrace facing the golf course allowing people to spend sunny afternoon partially protected by the shade of the pine trees.

The apartment is very well decorated and luminous, there are two big sliding doors opening on the terrace and bringing much light inside.

The two bedrooms, mezzanine and bathrooms are well furnished.

The kitchen is fully equipped and people can also enjoy the barbecue outside on the terrace.

Moreover, the whole infrastructure of Aroeira Resort is at your disposal such as: the tropical pool, 2 golf courses 18 holes, Aroeira 1 and Aroeira 2 (par 72), 4 tennis courts and a restaurant. Around, the south coast of Lisbon offers wide range of sport and beach activities or to go for a walk in the natural park nearby, and even discover the Portuguese gastronomy.

Final cleaning included, electricity included Services extra: Pick up at the airport, Golf-package, High chair, cot, GPS with sites of interest and Michelin’s guide included Conditions Arrival/ Departure Any day. Minimum stay 3 days Arrival from 15.00 to 18.00. In case of delay it is essential to contact owner or person in charge of the keys within the a/m period in order to guarantee the respective delivery. Departure until 10.00. On receiving the keys a SECURITY DEPOSIT equivalent 200 Euros is to be paid against receipt to the person in charge. The rented object is to be left in the condition received, otherwise (and/or) in case of damage the respective costs will be deducted from the security deposit. Should the number of persons occupying the object exceed the number of persons reserved / reconfirmed, the owner reserves the right to refuse admission. Smoking NOT allowed NO pets allowed Payment 30% deposit of the total amount due on reconfirmation of the booking. If deposits are not received within 21 days, reservation will be cancelled without previous notification. 70% remaining amount due 60 days prior to arrival.
