Casa Azeitão is in Azeitão only 30 minutes from Lisbon.

In a privileged and enchanting region of Portugal, the Costa Azul, 30 minutes from the Lisbon Airport, 3 km from Azeitão, a 6th century historic town, surrounded by old "quintas" and wonderful landscapes, stands Casa Azeitão, the owner is French and speaks English, Dutch and Portuguese.

Surrounded by a pine tree forest, the villa has a large and attractive swimming pool with views over the "Serra de Arrabida" natural park.

A simple and modern 160 m2 house composed of:

• Living-dining room with an open plan fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, hob, oven, American refrigerator)
• Fire place
• 4 Bedrooms: 2 triple, 1 twin and 1 double
• 2 Bathrooms
• Private south east facing terrace with a big garden in front
• Swimming pool (shared with 2 adjacent apartments)
• Large garden 10.000 m2
• Washing machine and dryer

In the forest-garden (garden and pool shared with 2 adjacent apartments) you will find a children adventure space with a wood cabin, a monkey bridge, a slide, a pirate wooden boat (14m), a ping pong table, a football goal and field, tennis and badminton racquets.

Included in the price: baby equipment on request, the use of 4 mountain bikes and children's bikes.

Activities

The sports fan will find: Horse riding, tennis, mountain biking, golf (4 golf courses: Aroeira, Quinta do Peru, Troia and Montado), swimming, hunting, walking tracks in the serra, climbing, karting, jeep safari, diving, surfing, sailing, water skiing, body-board, canoeing and fishing.

The sightseeing fan will be delighted by: Azeitão (3km) with its old palace, quintas and Arrabida natural park. Setúbal (12km) with its food fair, its roman ruins, old castle, convent,  XV century churches,  Sado river natural reserve, Cruise on the Sado (12km) watching the dolfins!! Sesimbra (12km), Palmela (15km), Lisbon (30km), Sintra (120km), Évora (100km), Sines (120km) and Badoca safari park (100km).

The beach fan will find: Portinho d Arrabida (7km), Praia de Mecco (14km), Sesimbra (13km), Tróia (17km), Costa de Caparica (27km) and Lagoa de Albufeira (15km).

The cooking fan will enjoy: The regional gastronomy with its seafood, the traditional Alentejo cuisine and full bodied wines.

Included in price maid service once a week and change of linen and towels Conditions Arrival/ Departure Any day. Minimum stay 1 week. Arrival from 15.00 to 18.00. In case of delay it is essential to contact owner or person in charge of the keys within the a/m period in order to guarantee the respective delivery. Departure until 10.00. On receiving the keys a SECURITY DEPOSIT equivalent 500 Euros is to be paid against receipt to the person in charge. The rented object is to be left in the condition received, otherwise (and/or) in case of damage the respective costs will be deducted from the security deposit. Should the number of persons occupying the object exceed the number of persons reserved / reconfirmed, the owner reserves the right to refuse admission. Payment 25% deposit of the total amount due on reconfirmation of the booking. If deposits are not received within 21 days, reservation will be cancelled without previous notification. 75% remaining amount due 60 days prior to arrival. Booking on shorter notice: total amount due according to deadline. Payments should be effected by: Bank draft / cheque on a Portuguese bank or Postal order or Wire transfer (full payment can only be considered if transfer is free of all expenses for the beneficiary). Full bank details on confirmation of the booking. NO CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED. Cancellation Up to 60 days prior to arrival 10 % of the total amount. Up to 45 days prior to arrival 20 % of the total amount. Up to 30 days prior to arrival 50 % of the total amount. Up to 21 days prior to arrival 70 % of the total amount. Less than 21 days prior to arrival or "no show" 100 % of the total amount.
