This three-bedroom townhouse is situated in the unique beach side complex of Vila da Praia, located just above the beach. It combines, comfort, quality and luxury with magnificent ocean views and proximity to a beach and swimming pools.

The house is divided between 2 floors. The first floor comprises of one master ensuite bedroom with views over the sea, one twin bedroom with views of the pool and a further double bedroom also overlooking the pool and gardens. This floor also has a family bathroom. The ground floor includes an open plan living and dining room, a large and fully equipped modern kitchen and a guest toilet. There is also a large furnished terrace that wraps around the house with sea views one side and views of the golf course and countryside on the other.

Vila da Praia is located in the exclusive five star golf and beach resort of Praia D’El Rey, on Portugal’s beautiful Silver Coast. The resort is designed in traditional Portuguese style, including cobblestone streets and has wonderful views over the ocean and countryside.

Vila da Praia has three heated swimming pools and is 100 meters from the beach. The Club House and the Marriott hotel at Praia D’El Rey are accessible by a resort shuttle bus or by car. Here you will find a gymnasium/fitness centre, tennis, health spa, 18-hole golf course, restaurant, bar, and shops.

Included final cleaning. Conditions Arrival/ Departure Any day. Minimum stay 1 week. Arrival from 15.00 to 18.00. In case of delay it is essential to contact owner or person in charge of the keys within the a/m period in order to guarantee the respective delivery. Departure until 10.00. On receiving the keys a SECURITY DEPOSIT equivalent 400 Euros is to be paid against receipt to the person in charge. The rented object is to be left in the condition received, otherwise (and/or) in case of damage the respective costs will be deducted from the security deposit. Should the number of persons occupying the object exceed the number of persons reserved / reconfirmed, the owner reserves the right to refuse admission. Pets allowed Smoking allowed Payment 30% deposit of the total amount due on reconfirmation of the booking. If deposits are not received within 21 days, reservation will be cancelled without previous notification. 70% remaining amount due 60 days prior to arrival. Booking on shorter notice: total amount due according to deadline. Payments should be effected by: Bank draft / cheque on a Portuguese bank or Postal order or Wire transfer (full payment can only be considered if transfer is free of all expenses for the beneficiary). Full bank details on confirmation of the booking. NO CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED. Cancellation Up to 60 days prior to arrival 10 % of the total amount. Up to 45 days prior to arrival 20 % of the total amount. Up to 30 days prior to arrival 50 % of the total amount. Up to 21 days prior to arrival 70 % of the total amount. Less than 21 days prior to arrival or "no show" 100 % of the total amount.
