Located in the peace and tranquility of Quinta Jacintina only a few minutes from the prestigious golf courses of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo and the golden sandy beaches, 20 km from Faro Airport. The villa has 5 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, washing machine, dishwasher machine, coffee machine, toaster, iron...), a spacious lounge and a large terrace on the 1st floor.
The private garden offers a large swimming pool. It has portable BBQ, sun beds and garden furniture.
In the front of the house there is a large area for parking (in the street and 1 car inside).

This is a nice quite zone special for relaxing holidays, but of course you can go to the Trigonometria disco Club just 2 km from the house. There is a new 5 star restaurant 100 meters away.

The surrounding area offers a superb selection of sports and leisure facilities and an excellent selection of traditional and international restaurants to suit all tastes. There is a Horse Riding Center 100 meters away, the beaches (blue flag) are 10 minutes away. Available also is fishing, surfing, biking, scuba diving and country hikes.

Beaches in the immediate vicinity: Vilamoura - attractive beach is complemented by a tourist development that ranks with the biggest and most prestigious in Europe. Quarteira Beach - Once a simple fishing village, Quarteira has become a cosmopolitan tourist center. The seafront promenade is lined with restaurants, holidays shops and bars, and the beach is nicely sheltered for families. Vale de Lobo Beach - A beach that owes its unique beauty to its ochre and ruby cliffs. It is surrounded by a high quality tourist complex. Vale do Garrão Beach - Long beach edged with brightly coloured cliffs. The Beach is quite isolated with wide spaces available for the practice of nautical or beach sports. The Vale do Beach also provides spots with privacy for the sandy area is quite extensive. Surrounding the beach there is a pine tree forest with a small lagoon as well as a rich fauna diversity. Anção Beach - The Natural Park of Ria Formosa starts in the Ancão Beach. This Beach has an extensive sandy area and a vast area with dunes. Ancão Beach is well known for its famous upper class frequency, the so called Portuguese Jet Set. Quinta do Lago - This is a long beach with pedestrian access by way of a bridge over the Ria Formosa. It is the site of a top-level international holiday complex.

Included in price maid service 3 times per week except Sundays and Bank Holidays. Change of towels 2 times a week and change of bed linen once a week. Conditions Arrival/ Departure Any day. Minimum stay 1 week. Arrival from 16.00. There will be someone waiting at the property to hand over the key. Departure until 10.00. On receiving the keys a SECURITY DEPOSIT equivalent 400 Euros is to be paid against receipt to the person in charge. The rented object is to be left in the condition received, otherwise (and/or) in case of damage the respective costs will be deducted from the security deposit. Should the number of persons occupying the object exceed the number of persons reserved / reconfirmed, the owner reserves the right to refuse admission. Pets allowed Smoking allowed Payment 30% deposit of the total amount due on reconfirmation of the booking. If deposits are not received within 21 days, reservation will be cancelled without previous notification. 70% remaining amount due 60 days prior to arrival. Booking on shorter notice: total amount due according to deadline. Payments should be effected by: Bank draft / cheque on a Portuguese bank or Postal order or Wire transfer (full payment can only be considered if transfer is free of all expenses for the beneficiary). Full bank details on confirmation of the booking. NO CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED. Cancellation Up to 60 days prior to arrival 10 % of the total amount. Up to 45 days prior to arrival 20 % of the total amount. Up to 30 days prior to arrival 50 % of the total amount. Up to 21 days prior to arrival 70 % of the total amount. Less than 21 days prior to arrival or "no show" 100 % of the total amount.
