This very high standard apartment is located on the top floor of the building and enjoys breathtaking views over the famous beach of Praia da Rocha.

While the town is reputed for its nightlife, bars, restaurants and discos, you can enjoy the quietness of the area while keeping the animated centre and shopping area at a walking distance. 3 golf courses (Palmares, Penina and Alto Golf) are less than 15 km away. The beach, one of the nicest in the Algarve, is just in front of the building.

Facilities

The apartment's decor and facilities are of the highest standards. They consist of:

One bedroom with king size bed, a big closet and a balcony.
A fully equipped bathroom.
A large living room featuring a sofa/bed able to accommodate two person, TV, a well equipped kitchenette with fridge, microwave and washing machine.
Two terraces with barbecue.
Private garage.

The beach, Praia da Rocha one of the nicest in the Algarve, is just in front of the building. The town of Portimão is reputed for its nightlife, bars, restaurants and discos, you can enjoy the quietness of the area while keeping the animated centre and shopping area at a walking distance.

Rates

2008 - 2009 RATES	Prices in Euros (up to 3 persons)	Conditions Arrival/Departure: Saturdays Minimum stay: 1 week Included: normal consumption of gas, electricity and once a week changing of linen and towels. Daily or weekly cleaning on request Heating: Not included, supplement on request Arrival from 15.00 to 18.00 hours. In case of Delay it is essential to contact owner or person in charge of the keys within the a/m period in order to guarantee the respective delivery. Departure until 10.00 hours On receiving the keys a SECURITY DEPOSIT equivalent 175,00 Euros is to be paid against receipt to the person in charge The rented object is to be left in the condition received, otherwise (and/or) in case of damage the respective costs will be deducted from the security deposit. Should the number of persons occupying the object exceed the number of persons reserved / reconfirmed, the owner reserves the right to refuse admission. The available towels are NOT to be taken to the beach /pool. No pets allowed. Payment 25% deposit of the total amount due on reconfirmation of the booking. If deposits are not received within 21 days, reservation will be canceled without previous notification 75% remaining amount due 60 days prior to arrival Payments should be effected by: Either Bank Cheque in the respective foreign currency indicated or Postal Remittance (Mandat Postal) Bank charges if any, to be supported by the customer
