The large crystal clear pool, built in the monastery's ancient water tank is an invitation to long hours of basking in the sun, the only distraction, the chirping of the crickets and the bubbling of the mountain stream cascading towards the ocean below. At the end of the day or if the sea wind rises you may take refuge in the pavilion by the open fire and contemplate the exceptional view. |

The buffet breakfast is served in the old kitchen or in the transformed chapel. It may also be taken in the garden, under the lemon trees, or on the terrace facing the ocean. Evening meals can be served on request, snacks and drinks are available by the pool. |
