SOUNDPROOFING The total soundproofing of the apartments is made by the adoption of modern aluminum, equipped with double glasses, exterior walls with air boxes. The doors of the apartments are equipped with a protection gum to the jamb that prevents the resonance when closing. POLITERM® has been added to the walls and floors to reduce dramatically the transmission of sounds.

TECHNOLOGY The latest technologioes have been used int the construction of the Club Praia Mar: from ISDN for telecommunications to the most recent satellite reception dishes.

SECURITY Private water wells and pressurised water tanks guarantee normal supply of water even when the public network is not functionning. Automatic emergency generators secure the supply of electricity for the elevators and the illumination of the public areas of the building. Fianlly an exhaustive network of sensors has been set to detect any fire occurence or toxic gas abnormal levels.
