By the end of 1978 moved to Portugal and was the Manager for the international removals department for Lassen Transport, Lda.
In 1990, started L. Rettenmayer Portugal in partnership with L. Rettenmayer Gmbh, Wiesbaden - Germany.

During the last 20 years in the moving industry, he has been attending many international conventions and represents the company in Worldwide Organisations.

Fluent in English and Portuguese.

Office Manager

Name: Isabel Delgado

Nationality: Portuguese

Academic Qualifications:
Master on Anglo American Studies (5 years course at the University)
M III of the Goethe Institut.
4 years course at the Alliance Francaise.

Professional Qualifications: Many years of experience.

Since 1979 I have worked exclusively in the International Household Moving Industry.

I started this activity with Lassen Transport in that year working with imports and exports. Then I became the Head Officer under the Management of Mr. Tony Segundo, dealing mainly with import operations (air, sea and road shipments) and being the link between the department and the management and administration of the whole company.

In 1990 I left Lassen to form L. Rettenmayer Portugal, having represented the Company at Conventions abroad.

I am fluent in Spanish, French, English and German.

Quality Control Manager

8 O levels (Rhodesia)
Attending University for one year (Portugal)
Professional Qualifications: FIDI Institute - Brussels.

Since 1979 I have worked exclusively in the International Household Moving Industry.

I started my career with Lassen Transport in 1980 and progressed through all departments of removals division learning all aspects of moving from packing to estimating.

In 1990 I left Lassen Transport to join L. Rettenmayer Portugal. Since then my experience in the industry widened to incorporate marketing, transportation and quality control.

Since starting L. Rettenmayer I was given the opportunity to attend the FIDI Institute in Brussels and I am very happy to say that I am the first Portuguese to hold the certificate.

In addition I take care of all export removals and often represent the company at conventions abroad.

I am fluent in English and French.

Sales Representative

Name: António Lemos

Nationality: Portuguese

Academic Qualifications:
Graduate from High School
Diploma of English (Chamber of Commerce and Industry)
Professional Qualifications: FIDI Institute - Brussels.

I started working in the moving Industry in 1985, in Fortumar-Maritima de Portugal, where I started as a packer, going through all departments of the removals division.

In 1993 I left Fortumar to join L. Rettenmayer Portugal where I became Sales Representative. In this position I develop contacts with new accounts and also surveys and exports.

I have represented the Company in International Conferences: EUROVAN, OMNI.

Wide experience in the sea air and road transport, staff supervision, liaison with overseas agents and corporate accounts.

I am fluent in French and English.
